Personalization
- Q: How do I personalize my book?
- A: It's easy! When you select a book, you'll be guided through a simple process where you can enter the child's name, upload a photo, and add a special dedication.
- Q: What kind of photo should I upload?
- A: A clear, high-resolution photo of the child's face works best. Make sure the child is facing forward and the lighting is good.
- Q: Can I personalize the story in other ways?
- A: The main personalization features are the child's name, photo, and a dedication. The story itself remains the same to ensure a magical and engaging experience.
- Q: Will the illustration look exactly like my child?
- A: Our talented artists do their best to capture the child's likeness based on the photo provided. However, please note that there may be slight variations due to artistic interpretation.
- Q: Can I preview my personalized book before I order?
- A: To ensure a magical "reveal" when you receive your book, we don't offer a full preview before purchase. However, you will receive a preview of the personalized cover page within 24 hours of placing your order.
Shipping
- Q: When will my order ship?
- A: Since each book is printed on demand, it takes a little extra time to create your unique story. Please refer to our Shipping policy for estimated shipping times.
- Q: How can I track my order?
- A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
- Q: Do you ship internationally?
- A: Yes, we ship to many countries around the world! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs delays.

- Q: What is your return policy?
- A: We are unable to accept returns on personalized books unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for complete details.
- Q: What if my book arrives damaged?
- A: We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date, and we'll gladly send you a replacement.
