Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than damage or defects.

Damaged or Defective Books

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If your book arrives damaged, defective, or if there's a mistake with your order (like missing pages or incorrect binding), we're happy to help!

Here's what to do:

  1. Contact Us: Please get in touch with our friendly support team within 30 days of your order's shipment date. You can reach us through our Contact Us page.

  2. Provide Details: Let us know your order number and provide a brief description of the issue, along with photos or videos of the damaged or defective book.

  3. Replacement: Once we've reviewed your request, we'll gladly send you a replacement copy of your personalized book.

Important Notes:

  • Time Limit: We must be notified of any damage or defects within 30 days of the shipment date.

  • Personalized Content: Pipparoo takes no responsibility for the quality of the content you provide, including misspelled names or variations in the child's illustrated likeness. Our artists do their best to capture the unique features of each child based on the photo provided, but some artistic interpretation is necessary. Refunds will not be issued for these reasons. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.
